Content Guidelines

Our Services may allow you to post, submit, publish, display, or transmit content, such as comments, reviews, or forum posts ("User Content"). You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights in your User Content.

By posting User Content, you grant CS Gaming Hub a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

You represent and warrant that:

You own or control all rights in and to the User Content and have the right to grant the license above.

CS Gaming Hub has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and edit or remove any User Content that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise objectionable or in violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Purchases and Payments

Some of our Services may require payment of fees. By purchasing any paid Services, you agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your purchase.

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for paying all taxes associated with your purchase of our Services.

Recurring subscription fees will be billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle you select when purchasing the subscription. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide to us for all applicable fees.

You agree that any cause of action related to our Services must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.
